The Real Woman Collection™ — Return & Exchange Policy

At The Real Woman Collection™, every item is made with care and intentionality. We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you don’t, please review our return guidelines below.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return or Exchange:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and labels must still be attached
• Item is free of deodorant marks, makeup, fragrance, or wear

Not Eligible:

• Rhinestone, metallic, or custom designs (unless damaged/defective)
• Sale or discounted items
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Any product worn or washed

Because many of your products are made-to-order, returns must meet quality standards.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your item arrives:

• Damaged
• Misprinted
• Incorrect size or color from what you ordered
• Defective in any way

We will replace it at no cost to you.

Exchanges for Different Size or Color

We gladly offer exchanges if the item is in new condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
